Scot was born and raised in Colorado and is proud to have followed in his father’s footsteps. Scot is President of Trust Hall Insurance and has made this his career with over 29 years in the insurance industry. He went to college at BYU and holds the designation of “Certified Insurance Counselor”. Scot is very knowledgeable in every aspect of insurance and loves giving 110% service to his clients. He thrives on finding the right protection for you and your loved ones, at the most affordable rate. He enjoys the long term relationships he has built with his clients over the years.
When Scot isn’t at the office, he enjoys traveling with his wife Darla to new and exciting places and boating with his family at Lake Powell. You should see him “carve a mean slalom run”!!! Family is his number one priority aside from Trust Hall.
Lee Humrich

Lee was a young man in the big city of Denver, struggling to find his way after graduating from a small town high school. He was influenced by a man who took him under his wing and employed him in the insurance industry. Lee immediately loved the challenge of this new career. After 15 years with this same insurance company - serving in various capacities from sales, accounting, claims, marketing and then to the position of Vice President - Lee left to buy his own insurance agency. In 1973 Lee purchased a well-established “2 employee” agency. This was an exciting and scary time for him.
In 1985 that same agency merged with “Trust Hall Insurance Services ‘an agency with a wonderful history dating back to the 1920’s. Trust Hall was started by a member of the Colorado legislature and became a respected company insuring local families and businesses. Now here it is 50 years later, and Lee is still counting and loving it.
Trust Hall Insurance Services continues to grow in experience with knowledgeable and dedicated employees. With a staff of 12 tenured employees, our mission is, “to provide our clients with one on one personal and friendly service every day and time they need it”.
Lee and Judy have 4 children, 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren all living in Colorado. He and his lovely wife of 54 years enjoy the beauty that Colorado has to offer. They are avid “dirt bike riders” and enjoy exploring mountain trails on the Western Slope.
Karen Steinmark

Karen started in the insurance business on the East Coast working in the yacht insurance industry. Karen moved to CO in 2004 and has been an insurance professional with Trust Hall Insurance since then selling all lines of insurance. She is licensed in property, casualty, health and life. Karen takes great pride in helping her clients protect the things that are most important to them. In this complex world, it is important to rely on professional advice, to give clients the peace of mind that a well-designed insurance portfolio can give to you.
Karen is the mother of 3 beautiful daughters and 1 son and has 1 granddaughter. She feels her greatest accomplishment is her family.
Amie Swartz

Amie has worked for Trust Hall since 2000 and specializes in helping people with their home, auto, boats, motorcycles, and all aspects of personal insurance coverage. With over 18 years of experience in the insurance field, she works extremely hard to give her clients personal dedicated service. Amie loves knowing that when someone buys a policy from her, not only are they properly protected, but they are saving money as well.
Originally born and raised in CT, Amie moved out to Colorado to find a job after graduating college. While working as a waitress, she met her husband who was then a cook. Amie decided to quit waitressing and take a job as a receptionist at a local insurance agency - that was when Amie realized she loved working in the insurance industry. Amie and her husband have a 16 year old son and they spend as much time as possible together. Amie’s family enjoys camping, hiking, photography and family game night. Her best memories come from the time they spend together as a family.
Corey Humrich

Corey is the oldest son of Scot & Darla Humrich and a grandson of Lee & Judy Humrich. He’s a 3rd generation Humrich pursuing a career in the insurance industry. As a licensed insurance agent, Corey looks forward to providing your family with the protection you deserve. He’s a good listener and is anxious to serve and help his clients. Corey’s currently attending college in the evenings pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing and looking forward to applying this knowledge in his insurance career. Corey lived in Costa Rica for two years and is fluent in Spanish.
Corey and his lovely wife Jessica (of 1 and ½ years) moved to Colorado in May and look forward to calling Colorado “home”. He enjoys camping, motorcycling, boating and snowboarding in beautiful Colorado. Corey’s an avid sports fan – watching and participating in any sports event he can find. He’s an assistant coach for a little league football team and enjoys the satisfaction of helping kids reach their potential and learn valid lessons in their young lives.
Shawn Richards

Shawn has 14 years’ experience in the insurance industry, 10 of which have been here at Trust Hall Insurance Services. In 2003 she obtained her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation. She is a detail oriented person who enjoys working to give her clients the best value and service for their money.
On a personal level, she absolutely loves dogs and enjoys spending time with her black lab, Cody. She also enjoys traveling, shopping, trips to the spa and has recently started taking cooking lessons (which her husband is most appreciative of!).
Lorraine Wise

Lorraine has been with Trust Hall since 2006. In her position as an Account Manager she is responsible for client care as well as providing administrative support to an Insurance Producer and her team.
In her spare time she loves to travel and also hunt and fish.
Ann Staley

Ann has worked with Trust Hall for over 31 years as a customer service specialist. She is a long time Arvada resident and knows the community well. She enjoys helping clients with all their personal and business insurance needs.
Ann has 7 grandchildren and one great grandchild who keep her very busy. When she’s not with them, she enjoys reading.

She enjoys spending time with her 3 children and 2 grandchildren. She loves to cook and entertain. Her and her husband love going to the mountains to hike, fish and take in the beautiful Colorado views.
Wendy Ruiz

Wendy has worked with Trust Hall for 2 years now as a customer service assistant at the front desk. She’s our first line contact with customers on the phone and “walk in” clients. If you need a certificate of insurance, want to make a payment, or order ID cards - Wendy’s always there willing to assist.
She enjoys spending time with her wonderful sons and husband & their loving Dobie.
Darla Humrich

Darla has worked with Trust Hall for over 10 years. She works behind the scenes as a Bookkeeper and Marketing Associate. This past year she has taken on the challenge of launching Trust Hall into the “Social Media” scene and is really enjoying it. She enjoys working with her husband Scot 24 hours a day — good thing she likes him!!!!
Her most prized possession is her family. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband, 2 sons, daughter and daughter-in-law. She also enjoys traveling, shopping and photography. Darla loves working with people and enjoys volunteering in her church, community and with the American Cancer Society.
