Getting lowest cost possible with the best fit......
I’ve had many changes in the past few months with selling my car, buying a car, adding my boyfriend, taking him off the policy and moving, and it is hard for me to keep everything straight. I work full-time and go to school full-time so I don’t have time to wait on hold for an agent. I know that I can send an email right from my phone when something is changing and my account manager can update my policy and get me the paperwork the same day - if I forget, they follow up with me so that I have everything correct every time. Being able to have copies saved to my computer makes it easier than having to look through tons of paper as well. It is so easy for me to make sure that I am getting the lowest cost possible with the best fit for my needs. Thank you so much for being my one stop shop for anything that has to do with my car and renters insurance.

Looks out for my best interest....
Month after month I talk to a member of your staff and she is always so polite and courteous and treats me like a person. I have never met her and I feel like I have a friend at Trust Hall. My agent is very nice and always looks out for my best interest in getting me the best price and deal for the money.
