"My husband and I have been clients of Scot Humrich & Trusthall Insurance since the early 2000's. Here is why we will never, ever leave Trusthall Insurance. Ready? Okay, so we've backed into our garage doors several times and have done more damage to our vehicles and garage doors than I care to admit (now we have backup cameras :)), we've had to replace our roof twice due to hail damage, I I was side swiped in the McDonald's parking lot in May just trying to get a Diet Coke and most recently we had to have our whole main floor hardwoods redone due to a faulty toilet. On top of that, we've had many, many incidentals along the way. Who is ALWAYS there for us?? Scot, Amber and the whole team!! I cannot tell you how much it means to me that Scot is just a phone call away and I know we'll be taken care of. They are a family owned and operated business which is why you will never get lost in voicemail blackness.
